Terms of Service

Last updated: June 18, 2026

By using ContractorWebAudit (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service does

The Service scans publicly available information about a business — such as its Google Business Profile, public reviews, website, and page-performance data — and produces an automated 0–100 score with suggestions. It is an informational tool, not professional advice.

2. Accuracy & "as is" disclaimer

Audit results are generated automatically from third-party data that changes constantly and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Scores, findings, and risk flags (including any reference to platform policies such as Google's) are estimates for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of any outcome, ranking, or compliance status. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing in an audit is legal, marketing, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying anything before acting on it. Any decisions you make based on the Service are your own.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContractorWebAudit and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability for any claim relating to it will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and only to audit a business you own or are authorized to evaluate. You agree not to misuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Communications

If you provide contact details, you agree we may contact you about your results and requested services, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
